One of Rotary’s wonderful #traditions is the flag exchange, and earlier this week, we had the honor of celebrating that global connection right here in Cocoa Beach. We were thrilled to welcome Liviu Marin from the Rotary Club of Vignola, who joined us along side his daughter, Ingrid, and presented his club’s flag.
